Directed a public health agency: 1,500 employees, statewide licensing and regulation, epidemiology, and emergency preparedness.
Delivered Statewide Crisis Response
Oversaw Arizona’s COVID-19 response, including testing, vaccination, PPE distribution, and healthcare capacity, and designed and led the nation’s first 24/7 mass vaccination site, delivering more than 1.6 million vaccine doses.
